Particip\u00e9 en el primer concierto de estudiantes de piano en un teatro del DF en M\u00e9xico, a los 6 a\u00f1os, y desde entonces no he dejado de aprender, tocar, cantar y sorprenderme por la necesidad vital que sentimos los m\u00fasicos de producir sonidos e inventar historias.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me form\u00e9 como m\u00fasico y percusionista en Venezuela y Estados Unidos con maestros de diferentes pa\u00edses latinoamericanos. Mi trabajo profesional en Estados Unidos incluye la colaboraci\u00f3n con artistas como Jacqueline Rago and the Venezuelan Music Project; el ensamble Classical Revolution; el coro Creative Voices de Eduardo Mendelievich, Alex de Grassi, Rafael Manr\u00edquez, Meli Morgaine y Walter Strauss entre otros.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">En chile he colaborado y trabajado con artistas del Cuarteto Austral, Cuarteto de Saxofones Latinoamericano, Pancho Sazo, Pepe Seves, Pedro Villagra, \u00cdtalo Pedrotti, Chicoria S\u00e1nchez, Daniela Conejero, \u00cdtalo Aguilera, Natalia Contesse, Natalia Barahona, Javier Cornejo, Daniel Delgado, Edu, Juan y Diego, el D\u00fao Sankara, Tata Barahona, el Grupo Merk\u00e9n, Andr\u00e9s Gastelo, La Orquesta del Bosque, Claudia Stern, Josefina Eche\u00f1ique, Claudia Acu\u00f1a, Andr\u00e9s Landon, Chopenz entre otros y he realizado giras por Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1 y Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como cantautora y solista recientemente present\u00e9 mi trabajo en Madrid acompa\u00f1ada del maestro Pedro Barboza y con la colaboraci\u00f3n del reconocido flautista Omar Acosta y el gran poeta repentista V\u00edctor Hugo M\u00e1rquez. Particip\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n como invitada especial en presentaciones del maestro percusionista Carlos T\u00e1lez, del proyecto <em>D\u00faHo de Pedro Barboza e Yrvis Mendez y<\/em> acompa\u00f1\u00e9 en percusi\u00f3n al artista Tom\u00e1sss en el marco del Festival Relevo llevado a cabo en el Centro Cultural Condeduque.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soy miembro fundador del ensamble de fusi\u00f3n latinoamericana Quijerem\u00e1 creado en California, y el QyM Ensamble en Chile con Quique Cruz, y acompa\u00f1ados en Chile por el bajista Patricio Rojas, el trompetista Carlos Soto y el guitarrista Antonio Luna.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soy parte del Pedro Villagra Trio junto a Pedro Villagra y Rodrigo Alvarado y he participado en varias grabaciones de m\u00fasica del maestro Pedro Villagra y en su \u00faltima producci\u00f3n Dominio P\u00fabliko.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente desarrollo un trabajo de m\u00fasica original a d\u00fao con el pianista Miguel Antonio Sep\u00falveda en donde lo central es mantener un sentido latinoamericano en nuestro repertorio que adem\u00e1s incorpore un lenguaje jazz\u00edstico para darle espacio no solo a la expresi\u00f3n de nuestras experiencias tanto en m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica como popular latinoamericana y en el jazz fusi\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n para mantener un espacio abierto de colaboraci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de invitados especiales a trav\u00e9s de la improvisaci\u00f3n y as\u00ed dejarnos sorprender por los matices y magia de la creaci\u00f3n constante.<\/h6>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243; css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1735133511634{background-color: #ededd0 !important;}\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1737287464408{margin-right: 20px !important;border-right-width: 40px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;}\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">From an early age, I started learning and playing piano and Venezuelan cuatro: piano because I wanted to copy my older brother and cuatro because my mother used to play it. At six, I participated in my first piano student concert at a theater in Mexico DF. From then on, I have not stopped learning, playing, singing and being captivated by the vital need musicians feel to produce sounds and create stories.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">My training happened mainly in Venezuela and the US with different Latin American maestros, and it is in our shared histories space and in those moments of encounter when we recognize each other, where the music I create and enjoy playing resonates the most.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">After living many years in a society of worldwide migrants and visitors and experiencing a wide range of music, arts and traditions, I found that the opportunity to borrow unique Latin American rhythms and roots music forms to place them side by side with jazz and contemporary ideas, offer an open vessel to improvise, assert, and question the ever-escaping present while recognizing the past that brings us together in music and reflection.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">My professional work in the United States includes collaboration with artists such as Jacqueline Rago and the Venezuelan Music Project; the Classical Revolution ensemble; the Creative Voices choir of Eduardo Mendelievich, Alex de Grassi, Rafael Manr\u00edquez, Meli Morgaine and Walter Strauss among others.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Chile, I have collaborated and worked with artists from the Cuarteto Austral, Latin American Saxophone Quartet, Pancho Sazo, Pepe Seves, Pedro Villagra, \u00cdtalo Pedrotti, Chicoria S\u00e1nchez, Daniela Conejero, \u00cdtalo Aguilera, Felipe Canales, Dalila \u00c1lvarez, Natalia Contesse, Natalia Barahona, Costa Rican singer-songwriter Amanda Rodriguez, Daniel Delgado, Edu, Juan and Diego, the Sankara Duo, Tata Barahona, Merk\u00e9n, Andr\u00e9s Gastelo, La Orquesta del Bosque, Claudia Stern, Josefina Eche\u00f1ique, \u00c1ngela Acu\u00f1a, Andr\u00e9s Landon, Chopenz, and Evelyn Cornejo, among others, and I have toured the United States, Canada and Latin America.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a singer-songwriter and soloist, I presented my work in Madrid accompanied by maestro Pedro Barboza and with the collaboration of the renowned flutist Omar Acosta and the great repentista poet V\u00edctor Hugo M\u00e1rquez.
